Take a look at Fr Rick's Blog on this coming Sunday's Gospel Lesson:
This Sunday—at both the 8am and 9:15am services—Fr Rick will welcome Rabbi Robert Green as our preacher. Rabbi Green is the “new” rabbi at Congregation B’Nai Israel, here in Basking Ridge. Our two houses of worship have a long history together—as CBI worshipped in our parish hall when their new synagogue was under construction, and we regularly do our blood drives together. Fr Rick and Rabbi Green have been getting to know each other over the past six months, and are involved in several initiatives together. Please join us on Sunday as we welcome him to St Mark’s!
VBS at St. Mark's
VBS at St Mark’s this year will be having fun with Superheros! And, we’ll be looking at some of the themes that come out of their stories, and pair them with some of the perennial themes of the Bible.
The camp runs August 12th through August 16th, from 9AM to 12PM.
On Thursday the 15th we will encourage the kids (and volunteers!) to come dressed as their favorite Superhero–so start thinking about that now!
On Friday the 16th we will be going to a trampoline park to celebrate the week that was past. There is a separate charge for this—$20 per child.

Ross Farm Giving Gardens
We will have a work session every Saturday morning,
9:30-noon, weather permitting, including this Saturday, 7/27.
The following week's schedule is as follows:
Monday, 7/29, 9:30-11:30am
Wednesday, 7/31, 4:30pm-6:00pm
Friday, 8/2, 9:30am-11:30am
We would love to have our teens and young adults
join in! And this is a St Mark’s leadership week, so let’s make it a great turn-out for fun fellowship!
Remember to wear gloves, sunscreen and bug spray. Please save your coffee grinds and eggshells and bring them to the garden or drop them in the church kitchen for use in our compost. Great source of nutrients for our plants, and great kid’s project!
