Great Mother’s Day gifts!
We have some beautiful hanging baskets, flowering pots with thrillers, fillers and spillers, veggies and herbs. Come and see in the parish hall at coffee hour or after the 8 o’clock service.
Thank you so much for supporting our ASP plant sale. So far we are close to raising $4,500 to help our volunteers go to Logan, Virginia this summer!
We had a great time unloading the truck last Friday and filling the parish hall with more than 1,000 beautiful plants. A huge thank you to those who helped unload, sort, deliver, helped parishioners with plants to their cars and of course, clean up! We had great teamwork, lots of fun and great to get many of our ASP volunteers involved. Thank you again for all your hard work and your dedication to helping others through ASP.

During the month of May in addition to our regular Sunday School lesson we will be practicing for our annual youth service. This year the Sunday School will be doing a skit called the "Two Little Pigs". If your child is interested in being part of our skit please let me know and I will provide the lines to practice. In addition we will be presenting the first ever Chapel Orchestra. All Sunday School and youth group children are welcome to participate with any instrument they are learning to play. We will perform our rendition of "Joyful Joyful (Ode to Joy)" as never heard before. Starting this coming Sunday, if your child can already play Ode to Joy, we welcome them to play in the chapel. I will provide music transcribed for most instruments. For more information, contact John Lyga.
